Baked Carrot Fries

I'll let you in on a little secret; If you don't make a big deal about these healthy fries being carrots, your kids will chow down and not think twice about eating them.

Here's what you need to make these antioxidant-rich fries;
Carrots, washed and trimmed
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt

Cut each carrot in half. In a bowl, lightly coat carrots with olive oil. Arrange cut side down in a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle generously with salt. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until carrots are golden brown.
